Terms of Use

1. Purpose of the service

Vendetrics is a product-analysis service for the Amazon, eBay and Walmart marketplaces, provided through a Chrome browser extension and a web dashboard. It provides estimates (sales rank, sales/revenue, net margin, AI opportunity score) for informational purposes to assist product research.

2. Account and eligibility

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account.
• The service is intended for professional product-research use (sellers, e-merchants); it is not intended for minors.

3. Plans and billing

• The Starter plan is free and includes a limited number of monthly scans.
• The Pro and Expert plans are paid, billed monthly via Stripe, and renew automatically until cancellation.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access to the paid plan remains active until the end of the period already paid for.
• Unless required otherwise by law, amounts already billed are not refundable on a pro-rata basis for a period already started.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Automate or circumvent your plan's scan limits (scripts, direct API requests outside the extension, etc.)
• Resell, redistribute or publicly expose data obtained from the service without authorization
• Use the service for unlawful purposes or to harm third parties

5. Data accuracy

The estimates provided (sales, revenue, margin, opportunity score) are computed from public marketplace data and statistical/AI models. They are estimates, not guarantees: Vendetrics cannot be held liable for business decisions made on the basis of these estimates.

6. Intellectual property

The Vendetrics brand, website, extension and their code are the property of their publisher. You retain ownership of your own data (analyses performed, tracked products).

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time, self-service, from Settings > Danger zone — or by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend an account in the event of a clear breach of these terms (technical abuse, payment fraud, etc.).

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may change; the last-updated date above reflects the version in force. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have jurisdiction. In accordance with applicable regulations, a consumer may resort to mediation or to the European online dispute-resolution platform.
